What did we discover?

During the strategic planning process, we discovered two important points:

  1. TDIndustries is unique in its capability to offer customers a comprehensive range of services that are important throughout the life cycle of a customer facility. Our competitors do not have the range of capabilities that we have to offer.
  2. Sometimes, our customers are confused. They may want to buy multiple services, but we make it difficult by operating under different names with little integration of our services.
