Strategic Organizational Alignment
Our new organizational alignment supports our strategic direction. While many TDPartners will continue to work under the same reporting structure as before, some reporting structures are changing and some groups have been adjusted to reflect the new market focus. The chart shows the line reporting arrangement in the new strategic organization and is color-coded to show the areas that report to Ben, Harold and Jack.
Under this organization, we have combined S-Jobs and Special Projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In addition, Quality Steering Teams are organized by market segment, and BAS is a cost center like the shops. CDC continues to operate as a separate entity in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.This organization will enable us to be more flexible in responding to customer requirements. The synergy from this support culture will allow TDPartners to develop cross-functional skills and expand their careers in step with market needs.
