Life Cycle Solutions

A term we’ll be using much more frequently as we consider how to best service our customers is “Life Cycle Solutions.” So, what does it mean to TDIndustries and to each TDPartner?

Life Cycle Solutions is a way of expressing the integration of our services and capabilities around the life cycle of a facility and/or customer. As the graphic to the right shows, Life Cycle Solutions means we can start working with a customer at any point on the circle and continue to work with that customer as needs evolve.

For example, if we perform the major construction on a facility, we can also provide a full spectrum of additional services – commissioning, warranty, operations and maintenance, repairs, system additions, modifications, upgrades and retrofits. By staying involved with a customer on a continuing basis, we can better anticipate and understand the needs of the customer and be chosen for the next large design and construction contract.

Many of our customers will continue to buy single services from us – and we welcome their business.

However, by thinking in terms of Life Cycle Solutions, we can work together to improve and expand our service to customers in line with our corporate vision.
