Glenn Ebersole
J. Glenn Ebersole is a multi-faceted professional, who is recognized as a visionary, guide and facilitator in the fields of marketing, public relations, management, strategic planning and engineering. He is the Founder & Chief Executive of Lancaster, PA based multi-disciplinary & strategic thinking consulting practices. He is a Certified Facilitator and serves as a business coach and a management, marketing and public relations consultant to a diverse list of clients, including manufacturers, retail, professional services firms (legal, engineering, architectural, land planning, et al), not for profit organizations, construction companies, realtors, facility managers, printers, public utilities, golf professionals, governmental agencies, custom home builders, oil companies, etc.
Ebersole began his distinguished multi-disciplinary career in 1970 with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and worked in various transportation-related departments. During his government service he traveled throughout the United States directing a variety of special transportation-related projects, including strategic involvement in the marketing and public relations parts of these projects as well. During his state government service he served on more than 9 national committees and received accolades from legislators and cabinet members for his work in special assignments from the Secretary of Transportation. After 10 years of government service, he entered the private sector as an engineering, marketing and business development executive for 5 years and then founded his two consulting companies in 1982 and 1983 respectively.
Glenn is the author of the monthly newsletter entitled: "Glenn's Guiding Lines - Thoughts From Your Strategic Thinking Coach." He has authored more than 325 business articles. He enjoys public speaking and does presentations on a variety of topics dealing with Crisis communications planning, working with the media, strategic thinking & planning, project management, marketing, business ethics, and business leadership. Glenn enjoys conducting workshops and seminars in those same topical areas.
Glenn graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Engineering Degree in Engineering Science. He is a registered Professional Engineer in five states and is listed in: Who's Who In The East; Who's Who In Finance & Industry; Who's Who Of Emerging Leaders In America; Who's Who In Advertising; Who's Who in Science and Engineering; Who's Who In America; and Who's Who In The World. He is also a lifetime member of The Pennsylvania Society.
