Interim Assessment Workshop
This one-day workshop is designed for teams that have begun the Simplified Strategic Planning Process, but have encountered difficulties in moving forward or sustaining momentum to see the process to completion. The workshop covers:
- a review of progress
- instruction in relevant strategic planning concepts
- ideas on information gathering
- hands-on exercises
The session will highlight areas of the existing plan that may need rework and will provide a checklist of what is required to bring the planning process to completion.
