• Drive the plan; keep actions, people and dates on track
• Resolve any short fall in implementation plans
• Modify implementation plans as needed based on new information
• Plan specific dates for meetings next month
• Review implementation plans for completion of steps

Quarterly

• Review Assumptions and Strategies
• Review and revise Objectives and implementation plans
• Re-schedule all implementation plans to get on track

Annually

• Re-assess and update entire strategic plan, review and revise all sections as needed
• Revise plan for new developments in the environment
• Set new objectives to drive strategy implementation over next 12-18 months
