Every company evaluates their strengths and weaknesses, but how do you focus on the key issues that impact your strategy? A key part of strategic planning is to determine what these characteristics are, so we can use this information in formulating objectives and strategies. We want to determine our strengths so we may utilize them in carrying out our strategies. We also need to know our weaknesses, so we may select the ones we need to work to reduce their impacts, or so we may simply acknowledge that they are there and to go around them to carry out our strategies and tactics. This webinar will help companies understand why it is important to do an effective job in analyzing strengths and weaknesses as a basic part of strategic planning.

Takeaways:
